How we handle your information
What we collect
This is a single private rental site. We collect only what you give us, and only when you submit a booking request or general enquiry through this site:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Your travel dates and party size
- Anything you write in the message field
We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels on this site. We don't profile you. We don't fingerprint your device.
How it reaches us
Submissions are transmitted through Formspree, who deliver the message to our private inbox. Their privacy policy describes what they do as a processor on our behalf.
What we do with it
We use your information solely to reply to you and to arrange your stay if you book. We don't sell, rent, share, or otherwise pass it on to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Records are retained for a reasonable period to manage your booking and to meet our tax and accounting obligations under UK and Spanish law (typically up to six years for financial records). After that they're deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Just email hello@aticopenthouse.com. We'll act on it within 30 days.
If you're in the EEA or UK, you have the rights described in the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to data portability, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for UK residents, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Where we operate
This site is operated from the United Kingdom. Submissions are processed by Formspree (United States) under the standard contractual clauses that govern transfers of personal data outside the UK and EEA.
Changes
If this notice ever changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top. There's no log-in here and no account to notify, so checking back when you have a stay coming up is the simplest way to stay informed.
